KLEOS Srl was founded by Engineer Bruno Bigaran as the natural culmination of a long-standing Management career in Market Development, General Management and Strategic Roll-outs.

Born in Friuli, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Trieste University in 1976. He started his working career at Borletti & Magneti Marelli in Milan developing expertise and know-how in the Automotive industry in areas such as Total Quality Management and KA Management. After 12 years, he moved into the Veneto region to work at the Zoppas Industries Group and take the lead in a company focused on components for household appliances. Eight years later, he joined the Franke Group where he held the position of: Managing Director of Franke S.p.A., Business Unit Manager for Europe South & Africa & Middle East, Vice-President of Marketing & Innovation, Head of Sales, and Head of Strategic Projects. In short, he worked for 40 years as a Manager in an International dimension, including 20 years spent at the Swiss Multinational.

Besides his Market Development projects set up through establishing new operational, commercial and industrial companies in Romania, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Morocco, South America, India, Africa and Iran, his track record includes: Restructuring branches in Italy, France, Spain; the MBO of three Trading Companies in Southern Europe, the acquisition of the Faber Group (NS 230 mln euros), the Post-Acquisition Industrial Integration of Defy Appliances in South Africa (NS 200 mln euros), and the Restructuring and merging of two companies in South Africa (50 mln euros).

He acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Franke S.p.A. and of Faber S.p.A., and also for other Franke subsidiaries in Southern Europe.

The newly created legal company KLEOS Srl was established to convey and boost new partnership activities within the M&A and Business Development area together with Transformation Projects and effective Internationalization Projects.
